I had a scheduled appointment at 5:30pm for a title notary, showed up at 5:25 but didn't get seen till they closed at 6pm... Horrible time management, and caused my whole schedule to get completely pushed back

Crooks who tamper with accounts and take no responsibility whatsoever.

Had a banker tell they would honor terms on account and demanded they place a note on my account regarding the terms.  I immediately confirmed that they had placed a notice on my account and that the terms were to be honored with a phone representative.  Months after not having the terms honored, I found that they had removed the notice.

Bank of America did not care if I gave them my business or moved elsewhere.  Do your banking with another company.
