I recently moved to the area and set up a checking account at this location. I needed somewhere to deposit my paychecks. I was able to deposit the first with no issues, but a hold was placed on my second because I have a new account. This was never communicated to me. If I had known I would have to wait a week after depositing a paycheck to access money I earned and need to pay my bills, I would have found another bank or simply cashed my check rather than let Bank of America decide whether or not I can access MY PAYCHECK. Make sure the person who sets up your account informs you that WEEK LONG holds will be placed on all your deposited checks for the first thirty one days your account is open. Maybe it's in the fine print, but this is something that needs to be communicated clearly to new customers. Very very disappointed in this location and their lack of transparency.

I called 800 number that after 15 min wait just rang and rang...so called Rita Ranch branch that plugged me through to 800 again this time chose the call back option...never got a call. Called Rita Ranch back and even before knowing what I requested for help told me the only thing they could do was dial the 800 number again....DONE
