B of A refuses to hire enough help. They are no longer bothered about a merchant window. 80% of the time there is one teller. Forced to wait 9 minutes one day and 11 minutes today. The complete lack of any attempt to actually service customers is shockingly bad. NOT EVERYTHING CAN BE DONE ONLINE. CHARGING BUSINESS ACCOUNTS FOR DEPISITING CASH IS HORRIBLE and I cannot believe it is legal. Desalting with cash is part of WHAT A BANK DOES!!! Time to leave. Signing up for a local credit union.
