LIES LIES LIES!
I have been using this branch and have had a great service with the business accounts specialist. She is wonderful and has helped a lot set up business accounts. Moved to another person - Cameron (Camie) Baldwin - for a different service (loans) and have been lied to...she lied about timelines - said it would take 3- 4 weeks to get the loan and she also said she would call the loan department to ask them to expedite. We chose Bank Of America because of the timeline instead of US Bank who offered much better rates. Bank of  America  pulled our credit and only after They called us to tell that it would take at least 10 days to be assigned to a processor and then 6  to 8 weeks weeks to be processed. I sent Camie an email asking to clarify, the lies came up again...She said she had not told us 3 - 4 week timeline and she could do nothing to help since it is not her department." I would have doubted myself had I not been in the same office with another person and had he not heard the same offer/terms I heard. They will say anything to sell you a product and lie all the way to get their numbers up, while leaving you deal with the never ending process because "it is not their departments." Save yourselves time and money and go shop elsewhere, where they will not lie all the way.

Terrible service and not customer friendly. They know they're a large bank and clearly just don't care about how they treat customers.
