I’m here quite often and haven’t ever had these horrible experiences other adults are complaining about. Sometimes everyone goes to the bank at once, maybe if you’re rushing your finding everyone else who’s rushing and aggravated and meeting at Bank of America together and creating your own miserable experience. I was in and out, including filling out a form, in less than 3 minutes. Saturday morning. Greeted very kindly on my way in and out. Respectful. Stop looking for the worst.

Definitely with horrible management! Drive thru Most of the time is closed! At least 3/4 days a week the ATM drive thru doesn't work! The floor is never been polished! Furniture are at least 15 yrs old (never maintain well)! Staffs maybe friendly look but never been productive!? Always looks like they are short on staffs!?! Used to be very good bank 10 yrs ago... they had tough security... full of energetic staffs... clean with quality of service!?? It doesn't worth it anymore to visit, period.

Bank Robbers of America. Get out of this bank while you can. They stole my money. I thought I had identity theft so I put my equity line on a freeze. They said I froze it in 2011. I did not. I had plenty of transfers going back-and-forth. They will not give me my equity line back stating that it was for my home assessment. That is a lie. I have been in my home since 1995 and never put a freeze on it until 18 March. It was for possible fraud. They told me I could unlock the freezer at any time. No, they said my home was devalued which is not true. In fact the value has gone up since 1995 by 100% and then some. They are forcing me to sign paper stating that my house must be reassessed to get my equity back. It's fraud. The bank is fraudulent. Don't do business with Bank of America or you will have your money stolen. They stole another $25 out of my checking account. Stating that I was not an equity line customer. Liars and thieves!

I am unable to deposit cash at the ATM! Very frustrating to have to come inside and wait in a very long line with only one teller.
