Probably the worst bank of america branch ever! Their manager, Fances, is disrespectful and almost kick the costumers out because they are always short on staff number. Overall, bank of america costumer service is very poor. Certainly not recommend it. Specially for (international) grad students at Emory who want to create bank accounts with them, it will be a nightmare!

Went online to get an appointment at a different location but said none were available for the next few weeks...walked in after work because it was nearby...wasnt crowded and opened a savings like that....Terrance was great very personable ....great customer service

Contrary to all crying babies, I like this branch. Tellers are friendly and helpful.

Some managers aren't helpful and don't inform customers of all options.

I have been waiting for over an hour. The service is atrociously slow and they really don't seem to care. Horrible location to go to if you want something done efficiently, the staff are very inconsiderate
