Rhonda Rose has lied to me multiple times and I'm on my last straw with this company, I've been a member since they took over seafirst bank. If you decide to get a home loan or refinance do not trust anything this company says or Rhonda Rose.

Everything about this bank smacks of corporate greed.
Lines are purposefully long to discourage costly teller person to person contact.
Fees are plentiful and excessive.
The staff always has time to sell you something but little interest about saving you anything on fees.
Head for WECU and don't look back.

In everyday life, this is constantly my worst customer service experience. There are always long lines, and I've been encouraged by the tellers almost every time to the tune of "did you know you can use the ATM for this service?"

Banker named Tony talked down to me about bank fees.  I think it's ridiculous to have $70 in fees on a $12 fee that occurred whilst traveling out of the country. Tried to defend BoA  and say it was totally reasonabke, despite the fact that the bank charges the absolute maximum fees that is federally allowed.
