I have considered leaving Bank of America many times until I visited the location in Kyle. They renewed my faith in the bank's ability to give exceptional customer service. Louis is outstanding. I have referred 3 people to this branch in the last 1 month and they all report how the experience was pleasant. The manager always greets me by my name and follows up with any request in a timely manner. If I walk-in for customer service she will make me aware of the wait and offer to make an appointment. When I arrive for my appointment, they are ready to help.

Impossible to get a representative on the line! Just trying to find out of system is up for the Kyle, Texas location so I don't have to make a wasted trip again. Automated system doesn't put you on hold. Cuts you off and you have to try all over again.

Every time I come here I am greeted with such great service and friendliness! I try to use the atm as much as possible since the lines during lunch hour are long unless I am making a large deposit.  I wish I could give them 10 stars. Much nicer than the Bank of America in Austin.
