I went into the bank yesterday.
The customer service guy at the door was clearly more interested in talking to his friend than serving me.  Eventually he greeted me with a big smirk.
When I started talking he had a big smirk on his face- he said he coudn't help and kept on talking to his freind.
Eventually I just lined up. I requested a withdrawl and the guy behind the counter said my card 'did not work'.  With no other explanation!
I had just used the card in two other places and it was fine.
He said to contact my provider and there was nothing he could do.
As I left the same guy at the door was chating to his friend and gave me a big smirk to send me on my way.

HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!
