Out of all the other BofA's in central Florida, the team here has to be the most efficient. The Manager always greets me when I walk in and walks me to a teller which are very rarely busy.

Slow service, awful hours. I have to rearrange my day if I need to go in because they are only open 7 hours a day and lock their doors at 4pm on weekdays, and I have a normal 8-5 working day so it's really a hassle when I have to go. Every time I have had to go to a teller there is a lengthy wait. The only time I spend less than 15 minutes in this location is when I help myself to my safety deposit box, which I am able to do without having to interact with any of the staff. Their Drive Through ATM seems to be broken or misbehaving in some way about 20% of the time I use it.

The tellers are GREAT at this bank. But whomever decides scheduling and staffing should be fired. EVERY TIME, 1 teller on drive thru, 1 teller at counter, 79 people in line, and 2 hosts standing there doing absolutely nothing. Oh, theyll ask you if you want to use the atm. If I wanted to use it, I WOULD HAVE!!! Idiots, open more teller drawers!!!! Its that simple. BOA sucks compared to wells

Greeted at door. Ladies at the counter were very nice. Did not hound me about opening new accounts, asked just once and when I said no thanks they we pleasant and we left.

People are nice but move really slow, doesn't instill any confidence when it takes nearly ten minutes to cash a check. For some reason they are always peddling something as well.
