I am a long time customer with joint account, I recently opened a personal account for just myself. I went to BoA in Santa fe Springs ( it was closer to me @ the time ). Now mind you I am Handy cap. I sat in that place almost 1 hour and counted eight people who came in after I got there and taken care of and left. So I drove to the Telegraph Rd. Whittier branch. 10 minutes to get there, 20 minutes inside and I will never tell anyone that bank is there.

Worst branch I have been to. Two people on the teller line. You see a lot of employees doing nothing. And they are slow.
