Easy access from two main Rockwall thoroughfares. Two ATM's, one drive thru one walk up. Ample parking. This bank is a small branch but that helps if you are a regular customer. Can make you feel like your business is appreciated, which isn't all that common anymore.

I only go there to make deposits for my daughter. No driveup cashier, no night deposit. Never more than one or two people to wait on you. Don't be in a hurry.

Long-time BoA customer and have been at this branch close to 7 years now. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. The one time I can think of where a mistake was made on their part, they took full ownership of the issue and corrected it immediately without question.

I went to cash a few checks and deposit the money. I was told I couldn't cash one of them because the amount was written in Spanish. I have been cashing checks from this person for years but not at this location. The manager told me I should ask the person to write me another check with the amount in English. I told her I've been doing this for years in Garland or deposit it online. She said it does not work because it is a foreign check and they can't do anything about it. I took all my money and I went to the bank in Rockwall located at Ridge. Could you imagine telling your customers they have to write the amount in English when you know it says the right amount? They cashed it without any questions asked and deposited my money. I will never visit this branch again.
