I've been here for over half an hour- with quite a few other people that have been here longer. The line has more than 15 people waiting on the only teller that is working. Five people are waiting to meet with someone. Staff your business and meet your customer's needs. It's ridiculous that on a Saturday there are only three people working. There may be more people clocked in but they aren't helping expedite the process for anyone. Ridiculous. If only the employee on Facebook could've helped a customer two? Turns out she was one of the managers. I bet the people that work for her hate her work ethic and lack of customer service skills.

The Branch Manager at Bank of America on N Henry Blvd in Stockbridge Ga was very helpful with my problem today.  The staff has always been friendly but today she went out of her way to help me solve my problem.  Thank you for all your help again.

Usually don't do reviews but this bank is awful. Poor service and wait times are awful as well.
