Terrible customer service, a teller tried telling me that my passport card was not a valid id and I couldn't use it. Waited over 40 minutes for nothing at the end. Will not go back to this bank, overall poor customer service and knowledge  of what they are doing.

Courteous staff but there is ALWAYS a long wait. It's a 50/50 chance the drive through is even open to help customers. Couldn't deposit a check issued by Bank of America into the mobile app. Third time this week stuck standing in line 30+ minutes for a simple deposit.

Been on hold for over 10 mins waiting to talk to a rep. I guess they just don't care to speak to potential customers.

**If zero stars were possible - this branch would have it.** Staff are consistently rude, as a wealth management customer who is younger I was literally moved out of the way for the ONLY Merrill representative to deal with someone who had just walked in, guessing because they appeared to be wealthier. The first time this occurred I let it go, the second time I pulled all 7 accounts.
