I had an appointment to set up a safe deposit box at 12:30 on a Saturday. I arrived at 12:15 and proceed to wait until 1:00 when the bank closed out from under me. No explanation. No apologies. Just rude.

After 4 yrs with this bank I am leaving cause of the Hudson bridge location. They are rude and the manager there acts like it's a bother if she has to talk to you other than saying hello. They refused to close my account and I had to go to another branch to close my account. Reason why is after I put a block on a company taking money out that was not authorized they continue to take the money out only for that day and the next day it's put back in my account. However it always puts me negative and I am without any money that day. They said all banks do it in which I said no they don't just Y'all. I never know when it's going to happen so I decided to close my account in which they told me I can't. They don't care about you just there to get their paycheck and do no work. Sorry branch run!!!! Run away from this branch not worth it!!!!!

Slowest branch I have ever been to - same crappy experience every time too. 2 stars would be very generous **Update** Went here to get two power of attorney forms notarized. The gentleman was very respectful, however, upon inspecting the documents I see that he had me sign for the seller and the buyer; the transferer and the transferee. This is going to delay me at least 5-7 days. Avoid this branch. They never have enough tellers anyway.

I was first in line for almost an hour with a full lobby of people behind me. Only 2 clerks are at the counter and they are constantly asking for help with they're individual customer. When I finally got to the counter and mentioned something to a clerk, she did not hesitate to spit out her rude response. She then proceeded to tell me I should try banking somewhere else... No. How about you learn how to do your job properly, effectively, efficiently, and with a decent attitude. I would understand the wait if it was just a bad time or something, but this happens every time I come in. 0 stars for customer service.
