i was really in a hurry and found a long line upon entering this BoA branch... the good news: the bank tellers worked diligently and quickly!  i was at the teller's desk conducting my business before i knew it! then the teller blew me away with just how quick and effective she was with my challenging transaction. i am very happy and satisfied with this BoA branch! thanks guys and keep up the excellent work!

Despite the negative reviews that were left a while ago, I have never had an issue with waiting at this location. My maximum wait has been around 10 minutes, with most of the time no waiting at all. The staff is bright,  positive, and fun to talk to. All the managers I've dealt with have been really good people. For me personally, this branch has been one of the best banking experiences.

Lazy Staff - my friend tried to open a checking account and sign up for a credit card 1/2 hour before Saturday closing time. Boone NC branch staff turned him away ASSUMING he is not worth bothering with. Rude. He's had a Bank of American debit card for 10 years, works full time and is NOT a student.  Just looks like one. He went to a Winston Salem/Country Club Rd. location where they signed him up in 10 minutes and advised him on "best practices." Great experience.
Young people can't buy without credit. They can't develop credit without a credit card. And they seemingly can't get one --even a long-time customer--- from the disinterested staff in Boone . Shame on you folks.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Watson regarding our home loan and she has been very kind. She always seems to make time for our family and help with anything she can at any hour, even late into the evening.

Like the previous review this place is WAY understaffed. If you plan to make a simple deposit or withdrawal the MINIMUM wait is around 30 minutes. Everytime I go here it's a total catastrophe.This is the worst Bank of America I have ever been to. Today I witnessed 8 cars in line outside and another 6 inside with only 2 tellers working, one of which was running back and forth from waiting on the drive through customers AND the ones inside the bank. I'm not sure if it's because it's a small town and they think our time is not precious, but this Bank would NEVER make in a larger city; there would be an uproar of complaints. I can't stand this southern ideal of taking your time and chatting up and having long drawn conversations with everyone you speak to. Stop taking your time and do your job; it's as simple as that.
