Terrible Service ... The gentleman with the shaved head who's name he never gave who calls himself the "Relations Manager" ( Office to the left) was incredibly lacking in service and care. How much of a care did he not give? He didn't even ask me my name nor did he offer even ONE solution. He mentioned he used to work for Wells Fargo which I am assuming he was canned from as well for the same lack of giving a damn. With a combined 30 years banking with them, my partner and I will be switching banks immediately.

This bank is the devil, my landlord is an account holder, and they expect me to show ID to make a cash deposit. that's insane. the whole bank is centered around forcing people to use the ATMs I had an account before where I was charged $8 every time I had to go I and speak to a teller.
