The relationship manager Fatiha Ashraf was amazing! This lady should be promoted, cause she is really helpful and patient. She made an excellent job, talking and explains us everything... I really appreciate and recommend her as one of the best person that works at Bank of America.

The relationship manager Fatiha Ashraf was really helpful and patient, and she can help me deal with some tricky problems even after my bank account was closed. While the line there is really long, good service and people make me feel comfortable. We should understand and appreciate for their effort and help. BTW, thanks for petting my puppy corgi, and he loves you guys as well.
