The Lake Arrowhead branch always gives me great service and BofA in general has been the best banking choice I've made. Friendly service,  short wait times are what i get.

The staff is always changing. There is only one good teller there. She has been there the longest that's for sure. She is always pleasant and greets with a smile. Too bad they can't hold onto any employees... the manager has a tramp stamp tattoo always showing... not professional at all!
