Everyone at the branch was friendly and helpful. Despite technical difficulty, the banker remained patient and did not give up on the system. They were able to accomplish all of my requests and answered every question I had. Great customer service.

This Place is a joke, I would never do any business with this " Bank " Always Excusses about thier so called procedure's and how there so sorry about screwing you around when it comes to wanting your money.. a complaint to the BBB is where I'll start one of many I'm sure.

Terrible customer service on the managers part. She was also highly misinformed on card policies. Altogether an unpleasant and irritating experience.
