Bank of America has terrible customer service-across the spectrum. They have closed drive-thrus, so you must go in. They have closed convenient locations. For two days I could not get anyone at two local branches to answer the phone. I had to literally make an appointment online and then go in personally to talk about my account. Our business recently had to put a stop on a check. I called B of A and they ended up screwing up the stopped check, charged us twice for it, and then stopped the replacement check! We finally had to move our business account to another bank. They are too big to be helpful to us.
