THIS BRANCH HAS SHUNNED ME SO BADLY AS A CUSTOMER WE PLAN TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT WE HELD THERE 27 YEARS.  Manager Pete is not evenly mildly interested in customer service. I have never in my life been so shunned by a business that I give my money to.  My husband wrote me a check for 500.00 so I could run in and cash it for we needed for a work project.  I was told sorry we can't cash your check (I have proper ID) I asked why.  Because we cannot verify your husbands signature.  I said look it up it's in there.  She goes to Manager Pete and he says no.  I said call the account holder...  NO we don't do that.  To make a long story short my husband reads them the riot act on the phone as I drive to my bank Wells Fargo and of course they cash the check.  Pete you did not even have one single customer in that bank.  Not one!  But I guess it was too much trouble to verify a simple check.  GOOD THING I found this out about you Bank of America.... I was just discussing moving my 5 BUSINESS ACCOUNTS of to BOA.  Good move.  Ever wonder why no one is in your branch?  It's because you enjoy the power of saying no and quite honestly no one is impressed by you.  Upper management.... please put Pete back in training.

Worst bank ever. Always waiting forever in line. They are never prepared when they open. I talked my husband into switching and that was the worst mistake ever.

Nothing but excellence!  Knowledgeable staff, friendly management, and speedy service.  I love my bank and the staff!

I have to make a deposit on or about the first of each month.Everytime the line is long,and 2 tellers.Today 7/3/17 ,there are 23 people in front of me,2 tellers.
