So twice the corporate office made mistakes and charged me overdraft fees they refused to waive.  After about $170 in fees THAT WERE NOT MY FAULT they were due to bank errors WHICH THEY ADMITTED WERE THEIR ERRORS, I closed the accounts I had with them.  

Their latest?  AFTER I closed my accounts they honored a check that I had been told by the person I gave it to (who had had the check for a month or more) that they needed to shred it, and they assured me they would.  Nope!  The bank honored the check even though the account was closed, and charged me an overdraft fee, which they refuse to waive.  Now they are threatening to send me to collections over it.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  YOU WILL REGRET IT, AND SO WILL YOUR POCKETBOOK. They will take your money in every way they can, and they CAN!  Immoral?  Yes.  Legal?  Also yes.  Welcome to the world of big banks.    I recommend you find a nice credit union somewhere.  I did.
