Cashed a $6000 check from the drive-thru (lobby was closed) and I'm not a customer. Most banks don't let non-customers use their drive-thru.

They are really nice people, but their business practices are aggravating. They disabled one of my debit cards without contacting me to let me know, which led to a lot of embarrassment at stores when the card got declined. Another time they setup an auto bill pay over the phone for someone else and deducted around $600 from my account and over drafted it. When I called about that they were saying I would have to come fill out a paper disputing the charge, despite it not even coming from my debit card. Finally someone called me back and let me know they screwed up and they put my money back in the next day. I don't know who did that but it's unacceptable under any circumstances to not verify account info and require your SSN to make a transaction over the phone like they are supposed to do.
