Kasasa has excellent perks, but the lack of website structure/support leads to frustrating delays in use, especially after business hours.

Bank has a great past history, literally have had account with them since 1994.   however over the past 2 years, several management changes and software updates have left me frustrated daily with this bank.   Most recently, a website update (full system apparently) wiped all statement data before March 2016...  there is no recovery option, and the bank is aware and charging Twenty Five Dollars an hour to print your old statements out.    This looks like a huge corporate money grab for the share holders.
