One of my employees was at this branch attempting to cash his check. The bank refused to cash it as they could no verify it in their system. It's a BOK check mind you. I told the employee to have them call me. They did not. I then contacted the BOK customer service line, spoke with a manager and filed a complaint. Have the decency to call the bank holder and at least attempt to resolve this issue. Every other branch calls when they want to verify the check.

I use this bank but they are way behind when it comes to new features such as android pay apple pay etc they just now got the feature to temp freeze your card on app. They do not have text balance after transactions. You cannot get a replacement debit card inside like you can their Tulsa branch. You cannot transfer funds from one account holder to another. I only use them cause its right across the parking lot from my house but with their app and services being in 2005 I might be switching really soon

Had a new boat and motor financed through this bank in 1997. Wanting to do something with titles and could not fined lien releases. Called and talked with a very fine lady on 9/7/2016 to see if she would please help me. She went above and beyond call of duty and put them in my hand on 9/9/2016. Am not a member of this bank and she treated me with the up most respect. My hat is off to her. Great people to deal with.

You don't think about or necessarily hear about a lot of bad banking reviews, but every time I've tried to deal with this Bank Of Oklahoma branch, I've been given the raw deal altogether. The most recent disappointment was when my account was closed because of a minor past snafu, which I was able to rectify in 5 minutes with a letter from a former bank. I was neither notified that there was a problem, nor allowed to present said letter as an "all clear". They simply closed the account after just under a week of my opening it, which was just barely NOT enough time to update my pay information, causing my paycheck to be posted to a closed account. Because the bank is holding my paycheck, I've now been a week without being paid, and I'm in debt with friends and family while the Department of the Treasury is trying to strong-arm the information from Bank of Oklahoma as to why they have not returned the check provided me with a replacement check.

I got a mortgage at BOK to payoff a owner finance to make sure I didn't get screwed by owner. This occurred in April. The owner was suppose to send the lien release back to BOK for filing. The check was made out to the owner and mailed with papers that were suppose to be signed, filled out, and then sent back. Now, at the end of august I was trying to refinance. Only to find out that the lien was never taken off from the owner. I've called the owner several times but still have not received the lien release. BOK confirmed that it is my problem to get the lien release from the owner and not BOK's. I guess I have to take matters into my own hands and drive to south Texas to find the owner. Thank's BOK. I didn't get screwed by the owner I got screwed by both of them. The people are great, but the customer service and legality of this is lacking.
