they would rather you use an phone application or call center instead of using a local branch. 
These people actually recommend you to Outsource them.

I'm not exaggerating when i leave a five star review. This has been absolutely the best bank i have ever had! Any problems I've ever had have been resolved within the same day and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you for being a great bank!
