This bank is terrible and the customer service is the worst that i have ever experienced it was a good bank when it was CSB but ever since they bought them out i have had the worst experience. I would rate negative stars but i 1 is the lowest.

Local bank does not keep regular Ozark Bank hours. The only local bank should not close at 4 p.m.
