Place is a joke. I deposited a check from StateFarm for only 14k & they held it for a week & a half. I called StateFarm & they gave them the money after 72 hours. So basically they held my money hostage for a whole week. I had a deferred payment owed to car dealership that I had to pay late because of this. They also told me if I had 14k in the bank before the deposit they would have not put a hold on it! So if you have money they treat you better, if you don't have a lot of money they treat you like crap. I've been with them for 10 years & they made me feel awful over this. They didn't trust me enough to make deposit for 14k. Even worse, they had the money & refused to give it to me. Bunch of crooks.

I did deposit today at 4:43pm and left. 10 minutes later I realized I forgot my ATM card in the machine. I went back. The bank is closed. The tellers are still inside. I tried to knock on the door. They ignored me. I went to another door to knock and telling the lady inside I forgot my ATM card in the machine. She told me to come to pick up tomorrow. I asked her if she is sure the bank has my card, she told me then to call the bank tomorrow. I am very disappointed with their service. It is only a few minutes from the time they close for their business while it is more of a security issue than regular customer service issue. Besides, there is also a customer inside.
