Worst Banking experiences of my life. The Gardena Branch supervisor ignored me for 45 minutes and pretended the teller had not informed her why I was there. I tried to reset my on line banking multiple times and there was always an issue. Bank allowed transactions to go through that were fraudulent and now I have to pay the price for their lack of security. They suck! In addition, they could not assist me with retrieving an old bank statement until about the 4th time I entered the bank, Mind you another branch not the Gardena branch, they never resolve anything!!!
I am cancelling my account today!

Bank of the west is the worst bank to bank with, I had a direct deposit with them and every other hand can get to my money before it is available to me. The customer service is horrible they never have answers for anything. What company let's their customer service reps answer any concerns or questions with a "I don't know!" I've worked customer service with the county of San Bernardino and never in life would be let to tell a customer I don't know. So if I were you I wouldn't trust this place witg my hard earned money. Worst than bank of America, steals your money like wells fargo. Good luck!
