Over the years, I have changed banks due to poor customer service.  Choosing BotW for their business options and tools has been for the best.  Personal experience and observations has been great customer service to not only me, but also fellow patrons.  Corporate etiquette is definitely at play here although I can see there is much personal attentiveness.  Honestly not sure if this is indicative of all branches but definitely the Mission Viejo branch.  Keep up the good work.

I hate this Bank. I hate all Bank of the West locations. They are stuck in the 70s (technology wise) and treat customers like crap. They are owned by a French company and think they are better than their US counterparts (just ask them). Their technology is in the dark ages and most importantly their people are the rudest in the industry. There is a manger name Gale here that is the worse.
