I will never do business here! I went in to buy a couple rolls of quarters and the teller very rudely asked if I had an account there,  and told me that they only give change to current customers. I replied that if I did need a bank account in the future I would never go to bank of the west. All other banks will gladly give you change no matter if you are a member or not- just as a courtesy. Bank of the West doesn't share that same philosophy and they don't care.
In addition, they are racist toward anyone not of Asian descent, like many businesses in Rowland Heights. I recommend going to a large American based bank like Wells Fargo or Bank of America. Those banks treat everyone equally and respectfully.
