Fantastic staff and service! After having (and closing!) business accounts at two other local banks we have finally found our home. We've been there for 5 years and they've gone above and beyond every step of the way.

Kim or whatever her name is has got to be the rudest and most unprofessional teller i have ever dealt with, they're all rude but this lady takes the crown. Get a new career if you don't like yours lady.

The employees know my name, greet me, ask how they can help, and it is genuine and natural, not the phoney PR marketing approach with excessive fees I get at one of the big five banks. I have never had a single problem, not even a minor one, at Bank of the West.
