I have received multiple loans from bank of the west in Fraser.  They are easy to work with and call everyone by name when you walk in the door.  Highly recommend.

I give the local Fraser branch 5 stars, but the 800 nbr, ugh! If you need something call the local branch.  Friendly, accommodating, and professional.

No customer service from this branch.  Even if you have over draft protection, you may not... after racking up $70 in fees, I called the bank for help, transferred funds and deposited cash.  With the account fully funded they continued to charge me fees.  I will be closing all 4 accounts.
