I made a late call today, but was still greeted with courtesy and professionalism by Mark Taylor, who was extremely helpful courteous and displayed the upmost professionalism. It is unfortunately, a rare event these days to experience such professionalism, which is why I wanted to acknowledge him for his courtesy. This will be my go to bank!

Worst customer service out there! I got about half way through a simple refi, and was told by David Puckett he was too busy to look at my file. He said he call me, but he never did. The loan expired. This bank and its employees are total clowns
