I have no idea what the previous reviewer is even talking about.  I have been a customer of Bank of Tucson for almost 7 years.  When people ask me about why I bank there, I answer "when you travel do you like to fly coach or fly business class?"  Bank of Tucson is like flying business class while the Bank of America's and Wells Fargos of the world are all like flying coach.  Your are nothing more than account number!  I mean, who is your banker at those places?  I used to have my money at Chase, and my "banker" changed 4 times in two years.  I was happy to see that Bank of Tucson was recently listed as a nominee for one of the best places to work.  Again, I can't imagine what happened to the other reviewer on his visit but it certainly does not reflect MY bank.  Try calling your bank on the phone, do you get a live person answering?  Probably not.  Bank of Tucson has personalized service and exceptional expertise (and you get a live person on the phone when you call).  One time I wanted to see if their commercials reflected the real McCoy.  I asked to talk to the President.  Not only did Mike Hannley talk with me, he spent nearly an hour helping me out with my company financials.  Go to the big banks if you want, but if you want to succeed or if you want a real partner in your finances, transfer your accounts to this bank.

Excellent, friendly customer service!  This bank has a community personal touch at both the Broadway and N. Oracle locations.

I went in to Bank of Tucson today, exited to leave my national bank and start banking locally.  I left disappointed.  The lady who I spoke with was emotionless and not friendly; not unfriendly, just completely indifferent.  It seemed as though she could not have cared less if I banked with them or not.  I want to do business with people who want my business.  I will keep looking.

I didn't get any account with them, but that's cause of me. But I do agree snd disagree we ith that writer.  It is a very nice bsnk like flying budiness, but they dont care about the smaller accounts people like the biggies do.
