We are staying in the Peach Room and Bev has been lovely. The rooms are clean and we were provided a nice breakfast. Breakfast is served buffet style and there is a large dining room for everyone to sit. She also makes baked goods to snack on. The room is on the small side but the bathroom is very big. We have come for the Grandfather Mountain Highland games, and the location is also a suitable drive of under 20 minutes. There are also some nice restaurants in town nearby. We are enjoying our stay!

Banner Elk Inn is a beautiful place to stay in scenic North Carolina mountains. The town is lovely, the hostess is wonderful, and breakfasts are always amazing. If you get a chance to visit, do!

We stay here every year for the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games. I can't fathom staying anywhere else when we visit!

This little bed and breakfast in banner elk is not the fanciest, but if a cozy and comfortable little house with a friendly and caring host is what you are looking for then this place will not disappoint.

The woman running this place likes what she does and it's reflected in how much you'll enjoy your visit.  She is very flexible in what and when she cooks, keeps the place clean, puts money into it to keep it presentable, ad the house by itself is beautiful.  Went here for a honeymoon and LOVED it and will likely be back for an anniversary. Don't pay the same or more for a mediocre hotel and the possibility of stale eggs.
