This facility is my primary facility with my primary doctor. I have no complaints about my doctor, Dr. Cabrera. He has been an excellent doctor. I take medication I have to pick up the prescription from the office every month. Their system has been down for the last two days and they’re unable to fill my prescription because I could not send a note on the computer so I waited two days without my medication because they can’t do something manually. I am not supposed to go without my medication so the fact that they could not write it because the system was down is totally unprofessional and I will be looking for another family practice.

Dr. Magruder and the staff there are fantastic. I love that they have lab facilities on premise and the phlebotomist did a great job. You can also view all your health records online with Banner if you sign up for the portal which is a great benefit, for example - I had an MRI and was able to review the radiologists opinion before my appointment with another Dr so I knew what he was looking at. I've never had to wait more than few minutes in the waiting room or office before being seen.

If I could give the staff at the front desk a negitve star rating I would! The lady I talked to on the phone I believe her name was Lisa had the absolute worst attitude towards me and she even hung the phone up on me while I was trying to resolve an insurance issue with her, but they apparently don't know how to bill an insurance company and they request full payment of service at the time of visit so that the lady can be the lazy person she is and avoid billing the insurance company. I will never come here again

I've been with Banner Health here in Loveland for 3+ years. Recently, it has become a chore to deal with the receptionists and doctors. Depending on who answers the phone you can have a pleasant experience or you can be handled very rudely. The last three or four times my wife or I have been there its taken at least 25 minutes past our actual appointment time. I understand they want to give everyone the time they need, however then they need to schedule people for longer appointment times.

May people do not listen to the patient. Than you tell them what is going wrong they call you a a liar and write you a letter telling you they no longer wanted at the clinic.
