This is a great clinic. The staff is very polite. The doctors have been great. Moving from a larger city, one of my big concerns was the healthcare my children were going to receive. I have had no issues in the 2 years we have been here. I have been very impressed. I will also add that every time myself or children needed an appointment FAST, they have seen us right away.

I've gone to Banner Health for the past 10 years. They started out absolutely great, wonderful environment and great physicians. The physicians are still great at their job. However, they will screw you over on payment. We thought a previous bill (That happened 6 months ago) had been completely paid, and then get a call 45 minutes before closing telling us that we have to pay our bill within the next two days or it will go to collections. We were not notified in any way before today that we had an outstanding balance. I now refuse to go back and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went in October, told them my insurance would not pay anything, they told me what my total cost would be based on not having insurance. Just got a bill for 60% more then original bill. I called in to resolve the mistake, they were rude, and told me the payment due was from a trip over a year ago (somehow they forgot to send me the bill then...suspicious....). would not let me dispute it, would not let me brake it into payments. My family and I will no longer be going to banner health. They are huge screw-overs.Wolves in sheep clothing.
