Lack of professionalism with clients. Opening hours are completely unrealistic and not client-oriented. NBC online banking is not user friendly. Waiting time for TELNAT services is at an average of 30 to 40 minutes (based on 10 calls) during weekdays, and two times during the weekend. Lack of competency with regards to program delivery services (hard to get a clear description on the small prints). Mortgage and personal loan interest rates and credit card plans are not competitive. AGAIN, BEWARE OF SMALL PRINTS FOR MORTGAGES AND LOANS, as they will not be captured in the program description nor outlined by the banking officer. Very misleading and untruthful information when opening a line of credit or loan. I had to pay off my personal loan and close my account with them in advance because of the lack of direction and support from the bank and personnel. I was with them before and ended-up closing my accounts. I wanted to give them another chance as my motorcycle loan was with them by default, and once again, I got played, and went through a very disappointed experience. I've ended-up paying the bike in full, and closed my account with them in advance. I've finally learned my lesson; don't go with BNC. Whatever location. When it goes well, it goes well; but when it goes wrong; it's Hell.
