ER staff was very attentive.  They took me right in and gave me the best of attention in the shortest time possible.  I was admitted for two days.  I couldn't be happier with this hospital.

I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. I guess people leave reviews more often when they are unhappy with service than when they are satisfied. I saw the doctor mentioned in one of the reviews below, Dr. Wurst. At first, I thought he was a little cold. But he ordered pain meds immediately for my kidney stone and a couple hours later, he came in and talked with me for quite awhile about the CT results and gave me some helpful tips to try to avoid future stones. He was very personable and I chalked up my first impression to him just being a busy ER doctor. My nurse was fantastic. Very responsive. Very kind. This is a very large hospital and ER. That means that it's very busy. Coming from DC, I was impressed. Yes. There was a wait. That's not unique to this ER. I waited five hours at Clark once, so... **shrug** It's all a part of it. If you think you're having a heart attack, don't chance the wait, call for an ambulance. Thanks for the great care, Floyd!

Sorry will not ever use this hospital again, staff is rude. Nurses don't show any effort to act like they care if ur getting better. Most want to stand around and gossip with each other. It is the worst hospital.

I just had surgery yesterday, I had a tubal ligation, plus bladder surgery. Dr, Silva is a great surgeon. He explained the procedure to me in great detail. The staff was welecoming, and the nurses were caring. I especially had a very caring nurse, whom was very comforting and supported me in an emotional level as well. She gave me some great advice and went out of her way to help me. Overall, it was a good experience.

Scam you with cancer dx, drug you with scopolamine/atarax so you'll comply with treatments.  Baptist Floyd ran by drug addicts/scam artists who then rob you at home for the rx's they prescribe.  BEWARE!
