Well as soon as I arrived I was called in within 10 minutes so that wasn't bad. The place is clean and the staff is nice, the problem comes when you get to the actual triage rooms. I have been here 45 minutes and the doctor hasn't come to see me yet.
The wait is pretty lame, especially when you are not feeling well and want to get checked and go home.

Long wait times to see a doctor, even during down times. Staff (nurses) jabbering....wondering if they are doing anything at all !

Had to leave before getting seen staff spoke to one another in inappropriate way while I was listening in my room I've been going there since it first opened and left very bitter will not revisit ever I wish someone would contact me to give them a whole story of my experience I HOPE the don't bill my insurance

I can't understand the other patients cpmplaints.  I have had at least 7 visits to this place over the last 4 or 5 years.  I have never had a complaint. The place is clean, staff is friendly and professional AND they have a top notch free coffee, cappaccino, hot chocolate, and a couple of other things, machine.  I don't know what the complainers expect? Sexual gratification?
