I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice.  Over the years, I've had several Primary Care Physicians, but I have never had such a wonderful experience as I have had with this group of doctors.
Jose Soza, MD is my primary doctor, and he  is the most dedicated, compassionate, and understanding doctor I have ever seen.  He takes the time to listen to patient concerns, and answers all questions thoroughly.  He never makes you feel rushed, and he is 100% present to his patients.
The staff is equally great.  They are always friendly, responsive, and make sure that all of your needs and questions were met during your appointment before you leave the office.
They also have a lab in the office where blood and urine samples can be taken (a small convenience fee applies in some cases) rather than having to make a separate appointment at a lab.
If your insurance is accepted by this Baptist Health Systems Primary Care group, I HIGHLY recommend visiting this office and making an appointment with one of the incredible doctors.

Dr. Sosa was great, but unfortunately his staff is not as great. They are open at 7am but they do not transfer the phone from their afterhours pick up line who are rude and not helpful. How is it possible that they have no way of contacting the office directly? More like they don’t care to. Waste of time for a patient.

I change primary doctor's not to long ago. I went to this place and so far all my visits have been great. The staff of friendly and professional.  The doctor spend her time listening to my issues and explaining the results. So far I like this place.

They have really good physician. One of them is Dr. Soza. He is an amazing doctor in preventive medicine.
