I'm going to combine a couple Emergency Room experiences into one here. Last year I was admitted for a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in lung). This took approximately 6 hours to diagnose. 6 hours in which every shallow breath I managed to take was excruciating. Still, in my 30s and fairly fit; I truly feel sorry for others in more dire conditions relying on this facility for urgent care. I also was treated to an inane diatribe how one  nurse was in desperate need for Taco Bell. I probably would have liked some Taco Bell myself if I hadn't thought I might be dying. Fast forward to tonight while my nephew is admitted after suffering a seizure at work. A nurse caught lurking in the doorway was asked if  she was to be his nurse for the evening, and she replied no. What was her purpose there besides rubbernecking at someone's misfortune? The level of rudeness and incompetence in this emergency room is appalling. During this stay, my other nephew was asked to vacate an already completely empty waiting room, in case other patients may need the space...to my understanding a waiting room is just that - a waiting room, and clearly no one else was in pressing need of the space. He was ultimately bullied into leaving.  Ugh, I wanted to give zero stars but I must give at least one to even post this message. Done. I have elderly parents in this town, and the thought that either one of them might end up in this ER for any reason scares the life out of me.

Very rude lady in office!!! Trying to get my meds and she says i havent been there in 2 years! I was there 3 months ago!! Then she tells me to shut up and stop talking loud when i wasnt! She 
needs to be fired and a lesson in how to talk to people! Finding a new clinic to go to!!!

They slow n I'm freezing n do is my mom we've been in the emergency room part since 3 something n they gonna admit her but I swear its taking forever!!! But wat can u do when u don't have a car to get her somewhere else you do wat u have to do, I'm not complaing just speaking out loud!!!!!! They doing there job they just slow to the point!!!!

went to the emergency room and there was a total of 2 patients there and they had been there for a while, waited 2HOURS before i even saw a doctor then ran unnecessary tests which kept us there another solid hour. VERY poor service and the bill was just ridiculous. Definitely reporting them.
