We have been coming here every Monday night for trivia for about 10 weeks now. We are a group of 5 to 6 people every week. Each person spends around $40-$120 dollars. Katie (the manager) this week decided that she wanted to go home early. They close at 12 but she decided to close at 11:10pm. We were not the only remaining table btw. Several of the staff members were very rude to us including Katie. On the opposite side, Zack, our server was awesome. You could tell he was extremely uncomfortable with his managers and coworkers attitudes. He remained polite to us even though his manager was encouraging the employees to harass our group and tell us to leave 50 minutes before they close. We were trying to pay for our food/drinks. The whole situation was extremely inappropriate! If you want this experience then go to this bar, otherwise go next door to Bar Louie.

Food (burgers) was pretty good.  Service however was very poor.  There was a relatively long wait to order.  No  silverware was provided until requested after food arrived at the table.  I asked for ketchup but never received it.  Slow to receive and pay check.

Great food, great atmosphere but the service leaves something to be desired. I've been there 6 times and 3 of the times I've had really poor service. 2 of the times our waitress never came back after we got our food and we had to go look for them to get our check. The food and music is great but if you value your time don't go.

It has been 20 minutes since I walked through the front door of this establishment. Since then I have had no less than 4 waitresses ignore me even asking directly if we could get menus. I will probably still eat because I have invested this much time sitting here. But I will never step foot in this restaurant after tonight. No one cares about the quality of the food or service. I dont consider it a possibility to operate a restaurant in 2017 with such disregard to customer satisfaction with all the choices of restaurants... even within a stone's throw of bar 145. And the amount of grass roots marketing. I hope some form of corrective action happens before we see this branch of bar 145° on bar rescue.

Love the video games. Kind of hard to hear inside, but that seems to be the case with a lot of high ceiling places. Food was pretty good. Nice decor.
