Absolutely the BEST BBQ, very friendly family atmosphere, fast service. They have great daily specials as well.

Have tried the BBQ and it is fantastic. Today, my husband and I had the catfish specials. I had the two filet special, my husband had the catfish Feliciana special (2 filets with shrimp etouffee over them). The fish was GREAT! Batter was crispy and flavourful, the fish was light, thick and flaky. The shrimp etouffee was awsome. All of it was cooked to perfection. I never would have expected fish this good from a BBQ restaurant, but Wilson's Brisket & BBQ hit it out of the park! I am glad we no longer have to go into Zachary to get great food! Wilson's is our new regular restaurant!!!
