Rather loud. I mean, hurts my ears loud and I'm a musician. Ordered the fish and chips; was completely raw and smelled insanely of fish. Seafood is my favorite food and it never smells that strong. Regardless, they quickly corrected the issue and the service was great. If it weren't for the iffy, almost food poisoning event, I'd have come back in a heartbeat as I frequent the movie theater and the mall. I will try and come back for another try one one day as I'm a patient customer :-)

Bar Louie is a casual bar with typical bar food, specialty drinks, and a pretty good selection of beer. I've come here half a dozen times and while the staff is friendly, the happy hour is fantastic, they have burger deals on Tuesdays, and the food is pretty good, I cannot get over the fact that they have consistently awful ticket times for food. It takes me on average 30 minutes to get my food after ordering, and the last few times I've had to ask bartenders about it to get things moving. Great place, awful wait times.

Last night at your Woodland Hills location was my first time going with friends. We ordered the burger specials you have on Tuesday nights, and it took over an hour for our burgers to come. By that time we were on our way out. I just want to bring this up because the server was great and it seems like a really cool place to go to. I really wanted this place to be good. I just couldn't believe it took an hour for 3 burgers to come out and the restaurant wasn't even busy.

None of the beers on their menu have prices, ordered one because all pints are 4.75 during happy hour. Oh wait not the one I chose that one is excluded. Uh ok, so how much is this one? I will have to go ask the bar. Slightly classier then yard house next door and much quieter. More date atmosphere than a sports or hang out spot. For the price and the lack of knowledge from the servers, I think I'd rather go next door. I will say their Flatbread appetizers are pretty good.
