won bid on bobcat tractor for 8k flat, they said it was 8,250 thats after auctioneer said they only do  $100 increments, they are crooks and everything they sell for ppl is junk that ppl cant sell privately. I will never bid here again, if your smart you wont either, trust me. Not to mention there in house "internet" shadow bidders as well, just look at the reviews for their Sacramento facility, even worse! This auction house would do alot better if they pulled their heads out of their @ss! I recommend richie brothers.

I went to  this auction and it's very straight forward. Fees, descriptions, and in capital "AS-IS" notice is well explained online and at the location. I had questions and the staff was very friendly from the ladies in the office to the gentlemen at the gate where I picked up my item. I didn't purchase a car here but for what I noticed you can basically drive out of there, if the car is in that condition when you buy, with all the dmv paperwork sorted out. Fees for that I'm not sure since I didn't have to use that service.

Although Bar None Auction has a few great employees especially their salesman (John), I would suggest avoiding doing business with this establishment.
The decision makers at Bar None Auction focus solely on what is expedient for them regardless of any possible negative outcome for the customer. Twice now I have been burned by this establishment for making unthoughtful and outright selfish decisions that affected me negatively, when they could have easily been more thoughtful to create a win win situation rather than focusing solely on what is easier for them- customer be dammed. I will never do business with this establishment again and would recommend anyone considering using this auction to find a more customer friendly, 'win win' oriented establishment.

I would give 0 stars if I could.  Long story short I bought some items that could not be tested up inspection and 90% of about 60 did not work at all.  When I notified the auction of the trash items they in no way tried to reconcile.  One box that appeared to be a tool in the box was just scrap wood.  STAY AWAY!
