There lady at the shipping office has a complete smart ass attitude. They take for ever. It looks like they don't care about about the people or the driver here what so ever. She was rude and had honestly zero people skills. And horrible manners. I've never written a review in my life. But this place has won the title of worse place ever. With its long waits and it's rude people at the office. The Only nice person was the lady in the security shack.

If I could give it a zero I would. I got here at 5:30pm on Friday. Called for a door a 5:30am on Saturday for a door. It's now 7am and not 1 thing loaded on my trailer yet. Hope they pay detention pay, cause they are racking up a bill from me.

They wont let u go if urs refer temp is not below 0 .....thats suck...u just have to wait in their facility...😠😠 thats there policy..😩👎👎

They like to schedule early a.m appts for delivery next day, expect you to make them on time, but they let you sit and wait for your load until the last minute, then ya gta haul @$$ to make it in time. Have no respect for the drivers schedule at all! Othere than that their good ppl

Had a great experience here.  Guards were super nice and efficient.  The shipping clerk was also great. My load was preloaded on a trailer before I arrived (early).  First time here and won't mind coming back.
