I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Baraboo Motors. Within the first week, the starter went out. They replaced it free of charge... when it went out again in less than a year, I discovered they replaced it with a refurbished starter. 

They tried to sneak in a much higher rate into the contract than originally discussed. I caught it and they were able to lower it. I still refinanced with my credit union within a few months. 

The gas tank was on E when I went to leave the lot. I asked if they would fill it up and they only approved $40 worth - at the time that got me about 3/4 of a tank. 

Overall, not a trustworthy dealership. Very disappointing experience; They took advantage of a young buyer, making my first car buying experience a negative one.

Needed a new vehicle, and was skeptical of a car in the beginning. However, we were able to find one that we fell in love with, and with the help of Bret at Baraboo Motors Group. Our previous vehicle had taken a turn for the worse on us, and we were sad to let it go. After trying multiple dealerships, we found that Baraboo Motors Group was the best fit for us. They were helpful every step of the way and in no way pushy. Being a young couple, we tend to have a hard time finding dealers that want the best for us. We are thankful.

My car broke a Monday when I was ssuposed to go to work on probation, my brother and I decided not to search for a solution to go to work but instead a solution for our car problem. We walked all north Baraboo searching for a car used or new it wouldnt matter. I end up in my house thinking and searching dealers and BGM was one of the search results, I see the reviews and decided that after going to Ford Glacier something we were gonna go to BGM and when we went there, the person that made all this happen was Bret Simpson he is an angel brought to us to make this miracle happen for us and I have to mention Richard, We spent almost two weeks getting the papers done and trying our best from both sides to make it happen; they made my miracle come true so Im more than gratefull with this two persons. God bless you all. Thanks for all you did for us!
